Wonderful experience! Great location near the town centre and some amazing local bars. Clean and comfortable room with a lovely view from the large window. The breakfast had a great selection with unlimited drinks. The staff were friendly and cute.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, near pedestrian areas, shops, and restaurants. The room had good quality sheets and pillows, and the breakfast was substantial, despite being unorganized at times. The staff, particularly Girard, were friendly and helpful.
The sofa bed was not comfortable and made it difficult to access the window and desk.

This hotel is well situated for access to anywhere in the city centre. It is right at the northern edge of Manchester city centre and in the center of the city. The staff provides excellent service and are very helpful and cheerful. The rooms are well-equipped with everything I needed, including a sofa bed and an excellent shower. The breakfast included in the rate was good, with toast and coffee, and I especially enjoyed the 2 sausages.
All was okay, no improvement needed.

I had COMFORTABLE days staying at this smart hotel. I appreciated having a safe, an electronic key card and a work desk.
The room I had was n't cleaned.
